The rep I just spoke with was amazing. I didn’t realize I had used Spokeo paid subscription. I called & spoke with a wonderful woman (didn’t write down her name so unfortunately). She helped me understand what caused the charge, closed the account, & even refunded money when she realized I hadn’t used it but once almost a year ago (trial). Spokeo & Bizshark are top companies in my eyes!
